Enhanced opportunities for civil society to engage with the UN
Beyond 2015 worked hard to provide entry points for civil society to engage with the United Nations, with a particular focus on enabling colleagues from the global South to attend meetings and events in New York.
Beyond 2015's Advocacy Director and supporting consultant based in New York were invalubale. Their hard work encompassed many tasks, such as preparing advocacy strategies and material; organising high-level meetings and events at the UN to share Beyond 2015 positions; providing advocacy support to the UN Working Group, Regional Coordinators and National Leads; participating in events and discussions at the UN, etc.
