Structures
The campaign Beyond 2015 works through a series of structures operating at different levels.
Executive Committe
An Executive Committee leads the work of the campaign and is responsible for taking major decisions regarding the ultimate goals and basic guidelines of the campaign.
However, a series it is a series of thematic and geographic structures, together with the secretariat, which implement the decisions made by the Executive Committee and undertake the day-to-day work of the campaign.
Thematic working groups
Beyond 2015 has created several working groups. While some are permanent (like the one in charge of following the work of the United Nations), others are time-bound (such as the groups established to write letters, positions...).
Participation in the campaign’s working groups is open to all organizations in Beyond 2015.
National Hubs
From September 2012 – October 2013, Beyond 2015 and GCAP working with the International Forum of NGO Platforms, will create a global civil society position on a post-2015 framework via a series of national civil society deliberations. Small hubs are being organised at national level in order to convene these deliberations. National hubs are supported by a regional coordinator in Europe, Latin America, Africa and Asia.
Regional Hubs
The campaign has also set up regional bodies in charge of coordinating and ensuring the consistency of the work carried out in various states of a same region. Thus far, the campaign has a European hub and is working to establish such similar hubs in other regions.
Secretariat
A Secretariat is responsible for supporting the work of the working structures of the campaign and to ensure coordination, coherence and communication between them.
